So, if you don’t know already, I absolutely love farmers carries. They are a great workout finisher working on grip strength, core strength, posture, and just total body awesomeness. I do standard barbell carries frequently, but wanted to make it more challenging. In the video below, along with my awesome dog Champ, you will see I had a kettlebell hanging from a 1″ band off the bar. This creates an enormous challenge to the grip, and is an absolute killer.
