Hey guys, I hope everyone is having a great week. It’s been a busy week with our 1 Year Celebration taking place here at STS, so I haven’t had the chance to post any blogs myself yet. Being 6’6″ this article was extremely applicable to me. Whether you’re tall, or you train clients who are tall, this is a great read. Lee does a great job breaking down some things that tall lifters struggle with, things that shorter people may not see as challenging.
