Hey guys, I hope everyone is having a great week. It’s been a busy week with our 1 Year Celebration taking place here at STS, so I haven’t had the chance to post any blogs myself yet. However, some other great coaches around the industry pumped out content. So I hope you enjoy, and feel free to share this list on your favorite social media site!

Eric goes over proper movement of the push-up. Some see it as a simple exercise, but actually it has some complicated movements that people forget about.

With some humor thrown in, Josh goes over how a lot of people forget to move those hips.

Ray Lewis is full of motivation. Jason puts 34 of his quotes on one page, with some great videos too.

50 Shades of Jay by Jason Ferruggia

Another good one from Jay. This is pure entertainment, but it’s a great read.

The Truth for Tall Lifters By Lee Boyce

Being 6’6″ this article was extremely applicable to me. Whether you’re tall, or you train clients who are tall, this is a great read. Lee does a great job breaking down some things that tall lifters struggle with, things that shorter people may not see as challenging.

These are some great reads from around the industry. Did you read anything you care to share? If so, please put it down in the comments section.
