Video Blog: 1 Arm Variations

Today I have a great video from one of our coaches here at Spurling Training Systems. Josh goes over some 1 arm variations to exercises that are simple done bilaterally, but become challenging when using only one arm. By taking a fairly simple exercise and only doing it with 1 arm, it creates some unique challenges. Generally speaking, you are going to get a lot more core recruitment, as well as quality shoulder stability. To get the full overview check out his video below.
