No Excuses on the go Workout

Whether it’s a busy time of year or not, there is no excuse not to get a workout in. The saying goes like this: “If it’s important to you, you’ll find a way. If it’s not important, you’ll find an excuse.”

The excuse of not having a gym can’t be used because here is a great on-the-go workout you can do pretty much anywhere:

Split Stance Lunge: 8 Reps Each Leg

Jump Rope 30 Seconds

Hip Bridges: 15 Reps

Jump Rope 30 Seconds

Push-Ups: 20 Reps

Jump Rope 30 Seconds

Chin-ups : 3-8 Reps

Plank: 30 Seconds

Jump Rope: 30 Seconds

Try for 3-5 rounds with a 2 minute rest in-between each round. If you don’t have a jump rope you could always do some other type of bodyweight cardio such as sprints, mountain climbers, or burpees.
