Farmers Carries Variations (With Video)

Who would have thought that just picking up heavy ass weight and walking with it would be so challenging, and good for you. Typically called farmers carries, these exercises are used for grip strength, core strength, and endurance. They are a great way to end a workout, leaving you panting, and trying to catch your next breath. Check out this great video that goes over a bunch of variations:
