5 Ways To Crush Life

Way to many people in this world go through the motions of life, and just do whatever they can to scrape by. Why wouldn’t you want to crush life, live it to the fullest, and have no regrets? Here are 5 ways to absolutely crush life:

1. Train Hard

Go into the gym with a plan, and crush it. Lift some heavy ass weight, do exercises you hate, and don’t be afraid to drop the weight. Practice your technique until it’s perfect, and go ahead and do those curls on Friday afternoon. We all pretty much have the same goal when it comes to training, look good naked. Train Hard.

2. Eat Hard

Eat clean, eat healthy, and realize that nutrition is 80% of your results. However, don’t say no to a beer and wings with you buddies on a Friday night. Live life, and a few onion rings and a coke will not kill you. Eat your veggies, eat animal flesh like it’s going out of style, and don’t be afraid of the good stuff every once in a while. Eat Hard.

3. Work Hard

Work harder than anyone else. Don’t settle for average. While everyone else is hanging out with friends, you are working. While Football is on, you are working. Work until you are on top, and work your ass off to stay there. Don’t work hard to prove anything to someone, work hard to prove yourself. If you’re not willing to work hard, step aside for the guy next to you, because someone else is always working harder than you. Work Hard.

4. Play Hard

What’s all that work, with no play? Fly across the country for no reason, go on a road trip, do something that almost gets you arrested, play hard. Create experiences, things you will never forget. Life is not like a spectator sport. It’s not win, lose, or draw. It’s in progress whether we want it to be or not, so play hard, play fast, play loose, play your heart out, and play as if there’s no tomorrow. Play Hard.

5. Love Hard

The gym, food, football, and all your materialistic bull shit will always be there. Your family & friends could be gone tomorrow. Tell your girlfriend she’s beautiful, every damn day. Buy your boyfriend his coffee just the way he likes it. Tell your wife how much you love her, every damn night. Every chance you get, say thank you. Have a firm handshake, hold the door whenever possible, and always offer to pay the bill. Call your husband in the middle of the day, just to tell him how much you love him. Never forget, and always forgive. Don’t hold grudges, and always keep loving. Your car will always be there, the weights aren’t going anywhere, but your family could be gone tomorrow. Love Hard.
