Today I wanted to introduce a great exercises to you. Readers, meet the half kneeling cable chop. This is a fantastic anti-rotation exercise that really fires those core muscles. It also forces proper alignment of the hips, and lumbar spine. By being in the kneeling position, toe spiked, not only do you work your core, you should have a nice stretch in you hip flexors.
Give this a try for 3 sets of 6 reps on each side.
