Fitness is huge part of my life. It’s what I do for a living, I sleep about it, dream about it, everything. However, I realize that there are other things in life then performing the bulgarian split squat perfectly. I have also come to realize if I have a beer and a couple of pieces of pizza on a Friday night, the world will still be there Saturday morning. When you obsess about everything, you eventually breakdown. Just like anything, too much is never good.
